Nancy's personal goal is to empower others to make healthy choices by offering nutritional and herbal education. Her tools include delicious wholesome foods, herbs, health intuition, and energetic origin work. You set the intention and she facilitates your healing work with an individual approach. Her personal interests include working with food intolerances/sensitivities/allergies including gluten intolerance, digestive issues (celiac, IBS, IBD, colitis, Crohn's), brain function (mental illness, depression, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, autism), hormonal balance, nutrient deficiencies, fatigue (fibromyalgia), and osteoporosis.

Nancy works with clients in a variety of settings. In addition to face-to-face meetings, she also works over the telephone and by e-mail.

Nancy teaches nutrition/cooking classes that cater to food sensitivities and adapts recipes to meet a variety of needs. In addition to a strong interest in gluten free cooking, Nancy has a passion for greens and helps people to incorporate these into their daily diet.

Nancy is a nutrition instructor at Chemeketa Community College and she also conducts food-processing inspections for organic certification.

Program Summary: Nancy serves as a coach or facilitator to help you, the client, address your nutrition goals within the context of your life and family unit. Sessions include a personalized approach with the acknowledgement that the client is in charge of his/her own health and behavior decisions. Nancy's professional goal is to empower her clients to experience good nutrition through good food.

Fees: 3-Day diet analysis plus 30-minute phone consult $100
Additional phone time based on $80 per hour ($20 per 15-minute increments.)
